CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Policies 💖 I value your time and mine. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, please review my policies below: Cancellation Policy ✨ I kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies happen — if you experience an emergency, please reach out to me personally to discuss your situation. No-Show Policy ✖️ Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a 30% no-show fee. Again, if an emergency prevents you from coming, please let me know personally so we can make appropriate arrangements. Late Arrival Policy ⏱️ If you arrive 10–15 minutes late, I may need to either shorten your service or reschedule your appointment depending on the remaining time and the schedule for the day.
I will always do my best to accommodate you within reason! Card on File 💳 A valid card is required to be kept on file to book an appointment.
Your card will not be charged until the appointment is completed, unless there is a late cancellation or no-show, in which case the 30% fee will be charged.
